Looking for a Process Technician with strong mechanical skills in Processing and setting Dies on 50-2000 ton presses in a plastics facility. Must have an understanding of Hydraulic core sequences, hot runner manifolds, Gate valves, Air Blow/Ejectors, and Water Diagrams. Must have your own tools.
Responsibilities:
- Plans for all Setups following weekly production schedule.
- Responsible for setting up auxiliary equipment (oil heater, thermometer, temp controllers, robot, end of arm tooling, in preparation for a production run.
- Performs hanging and clamping of Tools in presses.
- Process/Troubleshoot/and startup jobs.
- Removes mold to analyze for cleaning, repairs, and preventive maintenance before storing.
- Keeps mold racks/Fixture racks, and storage areas clean and orderly.
- Need to be available for any shift.
- Mold set-ups.
Pay Rate/hour depending on experience (will be discussed upon interview).
